There's Dropcopy for the iPod Touch & Mac. But i necessitate a similar softwere for a Windows PC Where can i find it?

Dropcopy is a free application to transfer files betwen the iPod Touch an a Mac and viceversa.
So Please share me is there a similar program to the Windows PC?

Music Rescue does this for PC and mac

You can use it for free, but if you dont pay for it you will return with a prompt every 50 songs it copies asking you to purchase it. If you just exit the prompt it will hold on to going. You dont have to buy it if you dont mind the prompts.
