IPod won't show up surrounded by iTunes or My Computer... =(?
It won't even show the "Do no disconnect" sign.
I plug it surrounded by, the scrren lights up for a few seconds, and thats it.
I enjoy a 5G iPod, fully charged, and the lastest iTunes if it matters..
I also hold two USB cords and two USB ports but none are working.
I've already tried going to My Computer-Manage-Services- iPod Service and all that..
=(

Answers: I aversion to answer your question near a question, but does your iPod work typically when it isn't connected to the computer?
If so, this might be a lot easier to resolve.
If you can, a short time ago add the information to your query to say whether it does or doesn't (and any more information you might enjoy about the iPod acting up). I'll save watching your question for an update. If you inevitability to, feel free to IM me.

yea this wont help but it is also arranged to me...i have an ipod nano 4 gb and it works when its not connected but wen it is it juz sits in attendance and doesnt connect....it also says in that is an unknown device in my usb port...minister to?
