I restarted my computer and I unistalled it and reinstalled it many times and it won't permit me. Everytime I play my music on limewire I press launch and it goes into this little mini box and it's call, "Real player". How do I get it out of that mode? I want to know how to Enqueue my music into my ipod.

Limewire isn't playing your music. It has zilch to do with that. Your computer is initial the file next to Real Player (a very bleak choice).
Right click on the file and select "unequivocal with". A list of suggested programs will come up. Select one and try it. If you approaching it you can select the file again, right click, select the program and check the "other use this option" box.
