when I connect it to my computer it says "found investigational hardware" but neither " Zen series Media Explore" recognize it nor does "Windows medium player". But the flash drive works. I could charge my mp3 player too.

Answers: Have you installed the cd? hm..then u can try poking the reset button at the side (below power thing) near a thin purpose..your library will be backed-up don't worry.. next try plugging it in again. Hope this help.
