My Ipod will just freeze up on me when I'm listen to it. I can't get it to swing songs, turn off or anything. I hold to wait until the battery-operated dies and then recharge it. This have happened to me 3 times contained by 2 weeks. Does anyone know whats wrong and how to fix it? I don't use limewire or any of those sites so I know its not a virus.
Answers: probably just a factory error if you cant even reset it. try updating the verson of itunes you hold and the software version on your ipod and take home sure everything is up to date. if it dosnt work then pocket it back and find a new one. it also depends on what mode you have if it is latest its probably a factory error or such.
