How to acquire rid of scratch on my iPod Classic??

I got an iPod Classic for Christmas, and today i brought it to college. I put it in my purse where on earth i also have some bobby pins which scratch up the chrome plate on the back of the iPod. How can i get hold of rid of the scratches??
And I looked on the website for the Apple Sauce Polish stuff and it said that it couldn't be used on the up-to-the-minute generation of iPods.. is the IPod classic contained by the latest age group??

Answers:    Yeah the ipod classic is pretty much the hottest generation. that and the ipod touch. you should bring the screen protector which you can use for the vertebrae of the ipod too. And you should get a crust for the ipod too. those acrylic cases tend to scratch the subsidise of the ipods too, but if you put the screen protector on the posterior it wouldnt matter but perchance it'll scratch the corners too. Maybe you should draw from a silicon case or something. I own a leather case next to a flap in the front, but i wear it on my belt
