The other day I manage to suscessfully import and verbs onto my Ipod about 25 CD's.

Today every time I click the introduction button on itunes it says:-

Does any one know what this means and how to rectify this problem?

Answers:    Go to iTunes preferences (on the Mac its beneath iTunes, and on Windows it's in the Edit menu), consequently go to Advanced, after click the Importing tab. Set it to Import using either mp3 or aac, and use one of the preset merits (Good, better etc)

Try that and see if it will let you introduction using those settings.
