Why do some music Cd's won't rip onto my computer?

I use windows medium player to rip/burn my music cds,but
some of my cds don't rip properly,what causes this?

depends on how outdated your pc is the hardware you use the memory you own if you don't have fully clad specs then don't multitask your notebook a program for you to try is audiograbber google it it's freeware media player take way longer than is if truth be told needed
