I'm having a stress! My iPod is not connecting to my computer. My iPod is working, still playing music and video's but when i try to connect it to my computer its clich¨¦ that the USB device is not recognized?! I enjoy the up to date software and everything.
I really need aid! I have no model what to do?!

sometimes it help if you connect before you power on also try different usb ports.
previously restoring your iPod i would try this: go to > my computer > add/remove programs >hilight iTunes > and support info should appear underneath > select REPAIR and allow the program to do what it desires to do. then after its complete try hooking up the iPod and that should solve your problem.
