I am soon going to purchase a used ipod nano to be exact 8 gb how do i form sure that it is 8 gb?

Answers:    They usually come beside a bit less. My 20gig one come with 18, my 30 see ipod video came near 27.6 This is because some of the space is used by the software.. I'm guessing the 8gig one will have give or take a few 7.4 of free space that you can actually use for storing medium.

Whatever files the other person added, you can glibly delete to free up space for your own music.
look on the back of the ipod it will vote how many gigs it is
