It was working fine and concluding night ITunes said here was an update for my IPOD and an update for ITunes. I updated both and in a minute it won't sinc my music. I tells me to keep on while and thne says it is complete, but no music. I hold restores my IPOD and reset it. I don't know what else to do. I have single had it for a month or so, and never enjoy had any problems until very soon.
Answers: My GF just have the same issue a few weeks ago. She call Apple and they had to reset the registration. It took in the order of 2 minutes as they had an automated process to do this while she be waiting for a rep. I think she call the apple number that came beside the ipod. Otherwise use this link:
