Help near mp3!! pleasee!!?

i just bought a 4gb zune mp3 player. past my former mp3 broke, i used windows medium player to sync my music. i would like to verbs to use it in writ to put my old music on my strange mp3. However every time i click on "sync" it says i must connect a device, so i connect my zune to my computer but nil happens!! im totally frustrated please tell me how to trade name sure my computer reconizes my device is here.

Answers:    you don't own to lollow that steps....once you connect the MP3 ,,,just walk the the songs you wanna put in the Mp3 copy them and later go to my computer you'll find a unsullied Icon wich is belong to the mp3 open it and Paste your music in attendance,,,that's it
u can go to my computer n keep hold of pressing F5 till ur mp3 appears up. or from the windows medium player, sync option it have the bit where u can look 4 ur device. fashion sure u check ur USB connection first try different port.
