I just bought an Ipod rotten Amazon but my main computer (a Mac) is currently individual fixed. I uploaded all of my songs from my outdated ipod onto a Windows. If I download the songs from my Windows to my Mac will I be able to trasnfer the songs to the Mac, and will it be formatted for Windows?

I think if you reset the ipod and later plug it into a new computer, it will be formatted for anything type of computer that is.
