Version 1.1.3 for iPOD touch! HELP?

Everytime I click update to get performance 1.1.3 for iPOD touch.
It dispays the message "itunes could not contact the iPOD software update server because you are not connected to the internet, make sure your internet service is involved and try again"

- My internet is active, hence me person CEQnA.com
- Don't answer with how I shouldn't go and get the update (And yes, I know its $20 to update!)
- Yes, my iPOD touch is plugged in and synced

Just convey me how I can get it to update it!

and click the "currently an ipod touch owner, get the january software update!"

it will connect you to itunes and assist you beside the upgrade. Follow the instructions and it should only bring a few minutes. =]
