okay i connected my ipod to the computer and then a sign that other comes up that says do not diconnect so i basically went on downloading songs afterwards i disconnected my ipod even though the do not disconnect sign was in attendance and now its forzen and the sign is of late there what do i do?
Answers: Assuming its an iPod and not an Ipod Touch...
Press and hold both the nub button and the Menu button to for around 3-5 seconds do a reset, the eyeshade should go black and Apple logo should appear. Once this is done, you can run your iPod as usual :D

Hold down the middle and the menu buttons while flicking the hold switch posterior and forth, do this 3 times quickly and see if the Apple sign pops up on your eyeshade.
