Can you make the addition of summary from your computer onto an ipod touch newly similar to you can do for the ipod nano ?? if so, how??

i have a 2nd colleagues ipod and i can add proceedings from my computer and then read them on my ipod nano

is in attendance any way to incorporate notes straight from your computer to the ipod touch??

and if so how?? [a relationship would be fine ]

go on my computer
fing you pod and next write somethin and save it on that drive
