My daughter dropped her Ipod at the beginning of summer. It stopped working. Recently we plugged it into the computer and immediately it says do not disconnect the total time. I can not find the ipod icon on the computer to eject it. She be using windows medium player, and when I brought that up it was playing songs that are on the ipod. How do I draw from the screen to work again? When I disconnect the ipod it shows the menu but I when I press the button within the middle it does not do anything, just stays on the major screen.

yeah it's messed up. If you have a protection plan on it, you can obtain a new one free, but if you don't next you have to carry a new one at like peas in a pod price. Or you could bring it to like best buy and they can perchance fix it so you don't have to go and get a new one, or you can simply get a unmarked one! Good luck! Hope I helped!
