Answers: If you have another computer near all the songs, you can copy the files onto the iPod itself (within Windows Explorer - see Disk Use within iTunes first).
If you want, you can also Consolidate Library from the hoary computer where you are transferring your music files from. Simply select Tools > Consolidate Library... and adjectives your Music files can be found in My Music > iTunes > iTunes Music folder.
If you own purchased music from the iTunes store, be sure to deauthorise your old computer, or authorise your unknown one.
