Ok, you know how on iTunes you can change the start and stop time of a song? Well, if I changed the start or stop time of a song, after put it in a playlist, and burned it to a cd, would the song start the instrument I want it to on the cd?

No, it will only do that on an iPod or on your computer. You could other use a program to end/start the song early/late (ie Sony Acid Music Studio 6.0 for Windows or Garageband for Mac).
