My Ipod classic just started have a problem where it will continuously reset itself, minus going to the main menu blind! I am able to jump to Disk Mode, and connect my Ipod that way, I hear to fix this that I have to restore my Ipod, though whenever I click restore, everything seem to go obedient, except for when it appears to finish, and then it disconnects (or is trying to reconnect?) my Ipod, but during this proccess, My ipod leaves disk mode, and appears to be restarting, though it only just continues to restart over and over, when I repeat this process, and connect back to Itunes, it appears that everything is still on my Ipod and zilch has be restored!
Can somebody please help me? I get this Ipod as a gift, and I am not sure if I am still beneath warranty. I am also using windows XP, if that matter at all.
Please help out me!! I am desperet!
