Ipod, I enjoy an ipod thats formatted mac, i use window, how do i reformat short losing my stuff?

It's formatted for a mac. i want to keep everything contained by it. my computer wont recognize it unless i reformat it. tried numerous programs, Ipod to computer, Idump, Song bird, etc etc.


Answers:    You will own to move all the files from your iPod into a backup storage. Formatting will remove adjectives the stuff in your iPod

Before formatting, merely make sure that you will be using it simply with Windows. Once you format it for Windows afterwards if you want to use it for Mac, you will have re-format it again. So it will depend on which device you will use your iPod.
as far as I know, you don't. Can't you put the contents of the Ipod somewhere else (like an external hard drive) and consequently reformat the Ipod, (lose everything) but then put everything spinal column on it from the external hard drive?
