IPod Sync?

how do i sync an ipod?
is there a cord i want or no?
its my friends and all i enjoy is an ipod and headphones i dont know how to incorporate music and im really lost.


Answers:    u need itunes and the usb cord explicitly white that you plug in to it to put the music on the ipod itself
you involve to have itunes and yes you do want a usb cord
