What device will do the following:?

It needs to be brand of like an ipod:
-large memory for report storage (hard drive, preferred)
-sound recorder
-can play audio & video files

But also like a PDA:
-scheduler
-wi-fi compatible (maybe bluetooth)

Something close to the Palm TX, but with a tough drive and microphone

Dont anyone say ipod touch...16 gb is lame, expencive
