Ipod itouch abet!?

why when i try updating my ipod it says ''unknown error occured'' i'm trying to update it to 1.1.3 its at 1.1.2.
please can someone sustain me...also whenver i try updating it and try to open itunes again it doesn't read my ipod.
sustain please. do i have to restore it to its unproved settings?


Answers:    this way u loose everything but hold the power button on top and the home button at equal time then tolerate go of the power button but still hold on too the home button after nearly 12seconds then the subsequent time u plug it in it'll influence we've found ur iPod in taking back mode u need to restore click ok afterwards click restore then it'll read aloud must check for updates it'll find 1.1.3 then click ok wen Its done restoring click restore backup of ----- next all ur songs and pics will be wager on on there and you'll hold 1.1.3 good luck but u won't know how to jailbreak it GOOD LUCK!
