Why do my iPod video play similar to songs?

I have basically downloaded a couple of movies via Bittorent. All of them are in MPEG-4 format and are automatically played contained by Quicktime. This should mean that it is compatible beside Itunes.
The movies play great on Quicktime and Itunes, and I synced them with my iPod no problem.

When i sympathetic them on my iPod, the duration of the video is the same, although it plays close to a song. There is an albulmn artwork, and you just hear the sounds of the video.
No moving figurine. Is there something I'm doing that can affect this? Please lend a hand, I really want to view my video!

Answers:    I think this is related Video setting surrounded by your ipod. Try turn off TV Out and see.
You probably are surrounded by the regular song section within your iPod. From your iPod, go to Music--> Videos--> Movies--> later select which one you want to watch. Hope this help!
