Answers:    Hold the top E string on the 5th fret, and play the A string open, they should nouns the same. When they do, repeat the procdeure but down a string.

-A 5th fret D stretch out, tune the D to the tone of the A.

-D 5th fret G open, tune the G to the tone of the D.

-G 4th (not 5th) fret B stretch out, tune the B to the tone of G.

-B 5th fret E open, tune the E to the tone of the B.

Guitar is immediately in tune.
powerfully it's easier if you have a tuning pipe, blow on the tuning pipe next vibrate the corresponding string and compare the tone...
