How do u erase songs that u hold contained by ur ipod?

i want 2 erase an old podcast so how would i step about that? step by step instructions would be of assistance! :)


Answers:    See if this will work:

Attach the ipod to your computer via a usb port.
Click on Start in the lower right foot corner of your computer screen.
Click on My Computer from the menu that appears.
Double-click on the device that represents your attached ipod (under Devices beside Removable Storage) on the My Computer screen.
That should bring up a eyeshade with adjectives the files and things that are on your ipod.
Using your mouse, right-click on whatever you want to remove, and afterwards click on Delete from the menu that comes up.
you have to delete them on your itunes or merely sync certain songs
