30 GB Ipod Music Download Help, Please?

I have an Ipod 30 GB, that I downloaded music video I had within mp4 format to my Itunes. It showed up in Itunes and played as a video, however when I syned my Ipod to the Itunes it downloaded the music video but be blank no video shown and no words, please help me? How can I see the video?

make sure your iPod is updated as much as it can be. to do this: turn to HELP in the toolbar across the top of iTunes. select check for updates from the drop down glass. allow it to update and make sure the iTunes software is updated too!! Apple have been updating alot lately and sometimes
the iTunes software is updated but the iPod isn't and visa versa. this cause some communication glitches beside the iPod.
