Not syncing ipods?

Does anyone else think apple should do a better situation with letting those know that you dont have to sync their ipods surrounded by order to use it?
So frequent people on here that ask and answer question think they enjoy to sync their ipods. I wonder how many general public would much rather use the drag and drop of manually managing their music if they really contained that syncing is not required.
I wonder why apple doesnt make it certain more clearly that if you dont sync then you can merely drag and drop the songs you want and use that ipod on any computer you want.

Well apple iPod have to sync the song because it needs to know if it loads correctly and doesn't enjoy any problems, beacuse some song can track virus and over wrong things.
