I purchased an RCA LYRA - model MC5102A in July, presently when I turn it on, the screen say BOOT ERROR, SHUTTING DOWN. What is hapenning with it and how can I fix it ? I stipulation HELP PLEASE.

Well newly take it pay for to the retailer and show them the faulty mp3.
They should pass you a new replacement if they can't fix it and if it is on the blink.
Try fomatting it = To format = Plug in your mp3* Go to start* Go to my computer* Right click you mp3 and choose format* liberate music/video to your PC before formatting*
