Why wont my dell mp3 hook up to my computer?

when i plug it up 2 the computer it does nothing


Answers:    Try shutting the computer down or turning bad the dell a few times (also unplugging the usb) and see if your computer will recognize it. If not hunt for the dell dj explorer program. That's what I used with my dell, and it worked great. The dj really is a great product. Had mine for three years up until ending november.
