Ok I have an ipod nano one of the elder ones. Its black with a mirror support. I deletd all my music past its sell-by date of my itunes on accident. I own not pulged my ipod into my computer since because I dont want it to synce automaticly and lose all of my music on my ipod. I did procure some of the songs back but not adjectives of them and I just want to know if in that is anyway i can plug my ipod into the computer with out it delete all of my songs on my ipod.

I consider you have to plug within the ipod to bring up the device summary screen of your ipod. on the biggest summary screen you basically uncheck "update automatically when Ipod is plugged in" and check "manual"
when you're synching your ipod theres a setting tab and click on that and theres different checkboxes that you can keep checked or unchecked..one of them deal with what you said...so a moment ago click that one.
