Can I delete ipod songs?

ok- This is what I'm wondering. I have an 80 gb ipod, and put loads of songs on it. Am I competent to delete the songs off of my computer after I win them onto my ipod? Or do they have to stay on in attendance? I ask this because I just don't want adjectives that music to take up a bunch of space on my computer.

Answers:    I know when you connect your iPod to the computer it will synchronize next to iTunes, however, I have plugged my iPod contained by other computers that did not have the songs I enjoy on my iPod and I did not lose any of the songs from my iPod. So, this being said, I'd create in your mind you're fine if you wish to delete the music from your PC. I do believe you enjoy to first make sure your iPod is set to sync manually for this to work.
I know your quiz isn't about delete songs from the iPod itself, but I looked it up when I saw the title, so In case you are ever wondering, here are step-by-step instructions on manually, or automatically delete songs from your iPod: http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?...
