Peice of crap ipod nano froze ?
"mandy moore " and wont do anything.. the lights still on like it works.. ive tried everything..
i basically bought this brand new..... serious hunk of ****....
how do i capture this thing to unfreeze ?
Answers: Calm Down... Your ipod may not be the one to blame... Anyways Attempt to Reset it by Holding Menu+Play/Pause and Reset it... and if that does no work attempt to plug it contained by to the computer and then Press the Menu+Play/Pause button at matching time causing it to do a Hard Reset. If that fail... Call Apple Support and ask them what is up.
Toggle the Hold switch on and off. (Slide it to Hold, later turn it off again.)
Press and hold the Menu and Center (Select) buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears, in the region of 6 to 8 seconds. You may necessitate to repeat this step.
