Downloading onto an mp3 player?

my daughter got a mp3 player for christmas but we dont know how to put the music from her folder onto the player instructions aren't great please give a hand as simplified as possible thanks surrounded by advance

EDIT: The below answer is probably spot on, it's simple really. However if you get a CD-ROM with it, likelihood are you'll need to install the drivers/software so as to draw from it working first.
Hi just stir into my computer and the device will be there. Double click it and you will be surrounded by the device folder. Just highlight her music files surrounded by the music folder and drag them across with the mouse into that device folder and consent to go of the mouse. OR If you are not comfortable next to that just put emphasis on all the music files and right click>copy and afterwards go into that device folder and right click and select stick. If you need any more comfort please just contact me.
