Help, i can't hear video or movies on my ipod nano 3rd gen?
i checked my headset but they're ok
i turned up the preset volume on itunes and yet it still doesn't work

If the video is mp4 format.You can directly verbs the video to iPod using iTunes.
Open your iTunes, click “File” from the upper left corner, select “Add database to library”, browse your computer hard drive and find the video, select the songs you prefer, click OK and the video will be put within your iTunes. Then you can just verbs the video to your iPod from iTunes.
If the video is not mp4 format.You need a convert software to comfort you convert the video to MP4 format.And them transfer the video that be converted to iTunes.
