My iPod mini's battery won't hold a charge and I bought a service plan at Best Buy. It also freezes and buttons won't work sometimes. I brought it contained by and they sent it out. When I got it pay for it as worse! Both panels be pried off beside a screwdriver or something and the metal of the shell is a bent, so I brought it back to Best buy and when I get it back it be exactly the same! Should I bring it rear legs again or do I have any other option? The battery also still doesn't hold a charge.

Calmly but firmly tell him what happen to date and tell him you want a topical iPod as this is now tatty, still doesn't work and is not what you paid for.
