Answers:    No, 1.1.3 JUST came out a few days ago and it have 5 apps like from the iphone (maps,messages,notes,weather,stocks) you can buy it from the apple website for 20$. Well certainly 1.1.3 is free but the 5 apps are 20$! Hope I helped!! Have fun!
