Does anyone know how to put my limewire music on to my 8gb ipod nano?

i download adjectives my music from limewire, and its sorta easy to put it on my ipod TRY AND FOLLOWS THESE STEPS:
1. run to itunes
2. press on the top where it say FILE
3. now press the way out that says: ADD FILE TO LIBRARY
4. find the folder surrounded by which u have adjectives your songs that have be downloaded from limewire. (mine is in a folder call shared)
5. then when u found ur songs, press on the first song one time afterwards hold down shift and push the arrow button that faces down so u termination up highlighting all your songs.
6. later press enter or ok
7. it should be syncronizing

after u download the song, gather it in a folder next when u plug ur ipod on the computer, open the folder and put it on ur ipod.
sorry this is the solitary thing that i remember my cousin doing and she also have an ipod nano
