I had it hooked into my computer so it could charge it and when I took it out to listen to it the music risk wasn't there but shuffle songs be so I clicked on that and all 317 of my songs be there. But what happen to the music option?? I don't want to hold to keep using shuffle to find my the song i want to listen too. On the major thing it simply says "Photos" "Extras" "Settings" and "Shuffle Songs"

Something might have gotten messed up surrounded by the settings. that happened to me once- adjectives of my settings got put put money on to default. try going to settings and the leading page or main blind or something like that. it should confer u options to turn things on and stale ur main page of your iPod. if it is a hradware problem and you own a warrenty you can go right to the store you bought it from and return it.
nickname apple this is a hardware not a software problem. Your ipod is broken, just try to reach a deal to someone from the apple company and get it fixed.
