Sansa e250r Listen to music while charging, is this possible?

I've had it work a couple of times, but I haven't be able to enjoy it happen intentionally.

I use my Sansa constantly, and when the freestyle gets low at work, I hold to stop listening to it to charge it for a moment so I can finish my shift using it.

I was wondering if anyone figure out how to force it to charge without becoming a USB mass storage device?

Answers:    I bought the podium station that SanDisk makes. It is relatively small. All you enjoy to do is sit your player in the floor, and plug the base into your computer. Otherwise, I don't devise that you can do it.
