How do i put video on an ipod nano?
Answers: you can't but in the tentative ipod nano u can, just drag video from folder to itunes
1. make sure your iPod is video iPod, because elder iPod nano cannot play video, the newest iPod nano can.
2. iPod Nano accept only MP4 format video, if your video is not that format, you couldn't append it to iPod. If your video is MP4 format, open iTunes, create a playlist, drag your video directory to the playlist in the iTunes library, plug within your iPod to PC, and then click iTunes 'File -> Sync iPod', your video will be transferred to iPod. If you don't enjoy iTunes, you can download iTunes free from apple official site:

If your video isn't MP4 format, you necessitate third party software to convert video to MP4. You may try an iPod converter develped by Aimersoft; it embed an iPod manager that can help out you transfer DVD movie and video to iPod directly. It works really nice for me. Here is its administrator download link
