Answers: yea if you delete it from your iPod, but you DON'T delete it in iTunes it will still be contained by your iTunes library and you can always step back and put the vid vertebrae on your ipod touch.
Yes, you may try this free iPod manager, it can abet you copy music and video from iPod back to computer, it works really nice for me iPod video, but I'm not sure whether it will work for iPod Touch
