every time i plug my ipod into my computers itunes does not update my ipod. it said some thing give or take a few the ubs but it is a brand new chain. whats wrong with it? and how can i find it to work?
Answers: try re installing everything.

Sound like and issue next to the usb ports. Try reinstalling the drivers or seek a local servicer.
