How to include photos to Ipod?

My old laptop died on me with adjectives my ipod pictures inside. I tried adding some more on my friends computer but it said that my old pictures would be delete if I synched new pics. How do I add more pictures short deleting my old ones?

Answers:    when your ipod is plugged contained by, go to "My Computer" and double click on your ipod, when you open it up, double click on the photos folder, and next just drag the photo files to that folder.

Try dragging and dropping the pics but if that don't work then I guess you can't.
