Help please!!?

Okay so im looking to buy a webcam for christmas..For myseslf... =).. Well anyways - I want a webcam that has fine clear video, cheap, and has everything included so i don't inevitability to buy everything else with it.
I've NEVER brought or used a webcam back and i need lend a hand! =)
I was looking at this webcam at walmart.... If you hold it or you know someone who has it OR if you guess it wouln't be good TELL ME! =)

If you know a good camera that I can get hold of in a store * besides online* close to the one you have... Tell me how much it be and where u get it

My price range on the camera is $20-30

And i bet that those cheap 19.95 camera don't enjoy great quality or anything but surrounded by NOT spending over 30... Maybe 35...

Answers:    The first one is good. I enjoy one. the head set is a mic. so you can converse to people contained by chat the have voice.
