*69 and its busy?

okay so my boyfriend called me from his aunts phone and it didnt show up on the tourist ID and i dont no the #. I dialed *69 but its been busy 4 a while very soon...what else can i do?


Answers:    Listen carefully to see if it is a slow busy signal or a efficient busy signal. If it's a fast busy signal, that plausible means that the phone company doesn't enjoy the information needed to return the call so the *69 won't work.
