I have a GPS Garmin c550. It give me different directions on a return trip. Went to Cooperstown NY. one way & return trip be 2/3 another way. Why is this? Return trip be 30 miles shorter.
Answers: The garmin you have have a 'traffic receiver' that can tell if traffic is tied up somewhere. Often times it will route you differently to avoid traffic if it is too congested.
