Anyone know of a digital voice recorder that have: USB out, library contained by wav/mp3, mac compatible, <$150?

I need a digital voice recorder and am looking for one next to some specific features. First, it needs to know how to download the audio files to a computer. Second, it needs to history in wither wav or mp3 format (or something else non-proprietary) and not WMA or DSS. Third, it wishes to be Mac compatible, although I can work around that if necessary.

I hold searched only just about everywhere I can regard as of and haven't found anything that isn't $300...can anyone on here help?

It looks close to this isn't Mac compatible (exactly) - maybe you can use an emulator to run the software or something similar to that
