Switched tv on which is connected to a sky box and a dvd There is no sound on any channel although the picture is perfect but when I tried the dvd it works clearly picture and sound. I am out for the rest of the light of day and will unplug everything to see if it will reset itself if not any suggestions.
Answers: You might also check the setup of your TV. There are audio option that you might need to tweaking.
Check your connections and make sure they are adjectives plugged into the correct inputs.
Make sure there is some form of any a coaxial or RCA red/white cable coming from your cable box to your TV.
